You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and endpoint URLs. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it up to date.

You may not use HookFlow to violate laws, distribute malware, interfere with systems, or process data you are not authorized to handle.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service infrastructure.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing with advance notice for future billing cycles.

We aim to keep HookFlow reliable, but uptime and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance or update features at any time.

HookFlow and related branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may stop using HookFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse, or security risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
